My name is Ashley and I am 36 years old. I am wife to a Defensive coordinator, track and girls soccer coach at Vandegrift HS in Austin, TX. We have been married for 7 years and my husband has been coaching for 10 years. I work full-time as a pediatric nurse practitioner in pediatric neurosurgery. We have a daughter who is 4 and a son who is 2. Her husband was selected in the top 25 to the Coaches Academy with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!
What is your favorite part of this lifestyle?-
I get to witness my husband pursue his passion, and he is pretty great at it!
What is your LEAST favorite part of this lifestyle?
- Late nights and early mornings especially during football season!
What is one item you can't live without that makes this life easier?
- For the games a Stadium Chair and my google calendar!
What is your go to concession stand order or must have snack?
- Popcorn! My daughter would say skittles!
What is the craziest thing you have survived due to this lifestyle?
- I’m a nurse practitioner and sometimes I’m on call during games, that means packing my laptop in my game day backpack and keeping my work phone in my bra so I don’t miss any calls!
What is one thing you would go back and tell your younger self?
