To my Sideline Sidekick,
As this season comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on the journey we’ve shared—not just as wives standing on the sidelines but as friends, co-parents, and family in the most unexpected and beautiful ways.
Thank you for sharing your snacks and always having an extra juice box or granola bar when my little ones needed it most. Those small acts of kindness never went unnoticed.
Thank you for loving my children as your own. From wiping away their tears to cheering for them as loudly as you cheered for the team, you have been a second mother in every way that matters.
Thank you for co-parenting during the season—understanding the chaos, stepping in when an extra set of hands was needed, and making sure no child felt left out or unattended. You were there, without hesitation. And that means the world.
Thank you for our pre-game family dinners, where we found comfort in shared meals and laughter. Those moments grounded us before the excitement of game nights, reminding us that we are more than just coach’s wives—we are family.
Thank you for being by my side on the sidelines, cheering for our men, their team, and managing our own little teams in the stands. Your presence made the long nights, the tough losses, and the thrilling wins even more special.
Thank you for being a true friend—the kind who is always a phone call or text away. Whether it was a vent session, a pep talk, or a last-minute plan to wrangle our kids together, you were always there.
Next season, we may find ourselves in different bleachers, but nothing will change the friendship we’ve built. The bond we’ve created through shared experiences, long talks, and endless support isn’t bound by a football field. It’s something deeper, something lasting.
So here’s to the memories we’ve made, the games we’ve cheered for, and the sisterhood we’ve formed. No matter where life takes us, I’m grateful to have you as part of my story.
Love You Always.
