There’s a certain rhythm you settle into when you’ve been somewhere long enough. The school and the people become extended family, and Friday nights aren’t just about football—they’re about community, pride, and tradition.
That was our life at our previous school.
It was more than just a job or a team—it was home. My husband and I are both proud alumni of that school. It’s where we met, fell in love, and started a life that became rooted in Friday night lights and long afternoon practices.
It’s where we built our family and where we broke records that meant more than numbers—it was a journey of passion, commitment, and love for the game and the kids who played it. And yes, it’s where we made some of our dearest friendships—ones that we’ll carry with us always.
Leaving wasn’t easy. Not for us. And certainly not for our toddler, who grew up on that sideline. He’s only ever known his “big brothers” on the team, one mascot, one team to cheer for. We’ve heard countless times already, “I miss ‘the football field’”—and we do too.
But we’ve also seen his excitement as he meets new faces, explores a new field, and starts writing his own chapter. Now, here we are—new team, new stadium lights. It’s a fresh chapter, and while the pages are still blank, our purpose remains the same.
I want to take a moment to introduce myself to our new community, not just as the head football coach’s wife, but as someone who understands the deep responsibility and opportunity we now share with you.
My husband’s mission goes far beyond wins and losses. He believes in raising good men—leaders on and off the field. He sees football as more than a game. It’s a classroom of life, where discipline, respect, teamwork, and grit are taught daily.
He’s here to build a program the entire community can be proud of, where parents know their sons are growing not just as athletes, but as people.
As for me, I’m here to be part of it all—to support, to serve, to cheer, and to become part of this new community. We will always be proud of where we came from. That chapter will forever be written on our hearts.
But we’re also incredibly hopeful for what lies ahead—and honored to be here. Here’s to new beginnings, familiar values, and building something special together.
