Ultimate Game Day Bag Shopping/Packing List for Kids of All Ages PART 2

So back in 2021, I wrote Part 1 of this article after talking with several of you and watching the posts in our group. I began to realize it was time for part 2. So it begs the question from a 17 year Veteran…

What is in your GAMEDAY Bag? PART 2!

First, let’s start with the bag. After years of experience, I am #TeamBackPack. Many of you truly devoted to your particular bag for a reason, I get it. So here are some proven options and even clear ones that might work for you.

  • Clear BackPack: I have personally purchased this one for myself and my son. It is sturdy and holds a lot.

  • Clear Shoulder Bag: I have this one as well for other occasions it is great too.

  • Bogg Bag: Lots of people rave about this bag. It is a bit pricey, but you don’t have to worry about it getting dirty.

  • Bogg Bag Dupe: Don’t want to pay that price; here is a great dupe with lots of color options.

  • Nike BackPack: I love this bag. It is what I use when I don’t have to carry a clear one.

Second, let’s talk chair! It is the next important thing besides the bag.

  • Option 1: I have this chair and love it. It has a big cushion and is easy to carry.

  • Option 2: Claudia Vaclavick recommended this one; stating it is comfy and lite.

  • Option 3: Kayla Rae recommended this one because of the backpack straps.

Next, here is the checklist, I use to pack for heading out to the game.

Again, I am by no means an expert! Although, I would like to think my crew would say I am close. Just know, you deserve a day at the spa and a gold medal for bringing any kid(s) to a football game! As a former coach’s kid, there is nothing better than growing up underneath Friday Night Lights.

Stephanie Windon is former football coach’s daughter turned coach’s wife, Stephanie can be found chasing after her son, Gunner under the Friday Night Lights while cheering for the Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets. She enjoys Venti Iced Caramel Macchiatos, singing Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer, and shopping for earrings and bracelets.
