So back in 2021, I wrote Part 1 of this article after talking with several of you and watching the posts in our group. I began to realize it was time for part 2. So it begs the question from a 17 year Veteran…
What is in your GAMEDAY Bag? PART 2!
First, let’s start with the bag. After years of experience, I am #TeamBackPack. Many of you truly devoted to your particular bag for a reason, I get it. So here are some proven options and even clear ones that might work for you.
-
Clear BackPack: I have personally purchased this one for myself and my son. It is sturdy and holds a lot.
-
Clear Shoulder Bag: I have this one as well for other occasions it is great too.
-
Bogg Bag: Lots of people rave about this bag. It is a bit pricey, but you don’t have to worry about it getting dirty.
-
Bogg Bag Dupe: Don’t want to pay that price; here is a great dupe with lots of color options.
-
Nike BackPack: I love this bag. It is what I use when I don’t have to carry a clear one.
Second, let’s talk chair! It is the next important thing besides the bag.
-
Option 1: I have this chair and love it. It has a big cushion and is easy to carry.
-
Option 2: Claudia Vaclavick recommended this one; stating it is comfy and lite.
-
Option 3: Kayla Rae recommended this one because of the backpack straps.
Next, here is the checklist, I use to pack for heading out to the game.

Again, I am by no means an expert! Although, I would like to think my crew would say I am close. Just know, you deserve a day at the spa and a gold medal for bringing any kid(s) to a football game! As a former coach’s kid, there is nothing better than growing up underneath Friday Night Lights.
